We are a family run business and your satisfaction is our business.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. However, if for some reason you don't love our product as much as we do, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Before returning the product/s, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what went wrong and how we can help. Please attach proof of purchase (a copy of your receipt/tax invoice). We will respond as soon as we can with further instructions.
- The product/s must be returned in an original condition (ie. new/unused/unwashed/re-saleable condition), and in its un-opened and undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right not to replace or exchange any product/s that is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete due to no fault of our own;
- To return your product, you should post your product in a trackable and insured parcel to: PO Box 893, Aspley, Queensland, 4034;
- Unless we are responsible for an error with your order, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product/s;
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to advise we have received your product/s and the outcome of your request.
Please note our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
